This 0-gauge model by Mac Muckley was featured as the "Locomotive of the Month" in 2001. See the write-up here.

The model features a scratchbuilt gas-fired boiler, four double-acting oscillating cylinders, a pressure gauge, and a displacement lubricator. The locomotive is built around two Mamod mechanisms, drawing steam from the common boiler. As shown in the photos below, the model is attractive, but well loved. It has a nice presence on the track, and runs well.
