Object of the event:

To determine which entrant can demonstrate the greatest pulling power as measured by a highly technical, yet to be developed measuring device.

Each participant can enter as many separate clockwork engines as desired.

Entries will be tested by a sled-type device. Each effort must travel three feet under load.

All entrants will be tested together at a prescribed load. Those able to travel three feet under load will progress to the next level at which additional weight will be added to the sled.

This elimination process shall continue until only one clockwork engine remains capable of pulling the load for the assigned distance.

There are no restrictions as to gauge, scale, weight or other limitations placed on this event. The sled will be set to be dragged on 32 mm track.

Track location for this event will be as determined by the judge.
